✓ A strong summary sparks interest introducing experience and qualified skills which encourages the employer to keep reading.
✓ Accomplishments should have in-depth effective examples on how an employee goes above and beyond to increase productivity and maintain goals within a company.
✓ Organization makes a strong cohesive easy to follow resume prompting the employer to make a quick decision to proceed further.
